It was a great day for football, the weather was holding out well and the team was raring to go! With 16 players all chomping at the bit it was tough deciding who to make as sub. Decision made and our first team started the match with great enthusiasm: Captain Matt lead out the team of Ashley (debut game), Ryan, Lewis, Holly, Callum and Cameron with Scott as their sub. We started off well leading by 2 goals unfortnately our guard was dropped and we conceded 3 in the second half. An outstanding effort, as usual by Matthew, and all of his squad. The second team was lead by Oli D as Captain with Chris, Aaron, Luke, Jack, Tom and Oli with Daniel as sub. An outstanding performance from Jack scoring a Hat trick finishing off with a magnificent header by Chris ending the game at 6 - 3. Our first win under new Management! One of many. Well done Team - many more to come. Congratulations to Matthew - Man of the Match in the first game and Jack Man of Match 2.
